Having trained in Massage and Reflexology in Ireland, I embarked on a journey of adventure and healing, leading me to Scotland, where I trained in Reiki to Practitioner Level 2 with Victoria Mulhearn and Shamanic Healing Work with Stephen Mulhearn (both of Lendrick Lodge). My journey in Healing Work led me to India, South America and France where I experienced further Massage Training, Ancient Ritual & Ceremony and full on bliss! I have been trained as a SUNDOOR Master Firewalk Instructor with Peggy Dylan.

Having experienced challenges within my own physical body, I understand well the problems that arise (on all levels) due to being in pain. When it comes to therapy work, I believe that a really deep healing can take place when therapist and client work together using communication, trust, intuition and a willingness to let go of old physical and emotional constraints. By combining my knowledge of the body, as well as my skills as a Reiki and Shamanic Practitioner, I offer a bespoke treatment, tuning into the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the client and creating a space for a loving healing to take place.
